While bamboo has a healthy carbon footprint, it can be evasive. We remove Bamboo. We dig deep to remove the roots, then construct a stone ditch with a geogrid-type barrier at least two feet deep to prevent the rhizome roots from spreading. We generally do not use any harmful chemicals in our process. We also properly dispose of the bamboo debris. We design a native plant garden to take that space or create a healthy new turf or wildflower garden.
